Air Fryer Stuffed Bell Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 pound (480 g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
- 12 slices bacon, halved
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and cut into strips
Method
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Place one strip os jalapeno pepper on each shrimp. Rolls shrimp in the bacon (wrap it thightly) Cover and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Remove chilled shrimp from the refrigerator and transfer to the air fryer basket. Fry at 350 F (175 C) for 5 minutes, then flip them and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Step 4
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
