- 12 oz (360 g) medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1-2 teaspoons Blackened seasoning
- 8 corn tortillas, wormed
Lightly grease the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Pat shrimp dry with paper towel to remove excess water.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, shrimp, and Blackened seasoning. Toss well.
Place the shrimp in the greased air fryer basket. Fry at 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Shake the basket, then spray with more spray. Continue cooking for a further 5-10 minutes, or until shrimp are lightly browned.
Fill each tortilla with avocado, salsa, and blackened shrimp. Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the top. Serve hot.
