- 1 yellow onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped carrots
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken stock
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Method
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken, onion, carrots, garlic, black pepper, cream, grated cheese, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
Step 2
In another mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, and oil. Stir well, then add the chicken stock and knead to make a dough.
Step 3
Place the dough on the dusted board. Using a rolling pin, roll into a thin sheet. Cut with a round cutter and set aside.
Step 4
Spoon the chicken mixture into each round, then seal the dumplings. Deep each dumpling in the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs. Brush the dumplings with the oil.

Hi, I made a vegetarian salad recently, and maybe some greens come with chicken stuffing. Sorry about that. Regards
