- 2 pounds (960 g) chicken wings, separated
- 12 oz (360 ml) hot sauce
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- dash of tabasco sauce
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
Place chicken wings in the greased basket. Fry at 380 F (190 C) for 25 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
Increase the temperature to 400 F (200 C) Continue cooking for a further 5-15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
Dump fried wings into the sauce and toss well to coat. Serve immediately.
