Ingredients
- 1 pound (480 g) ground pork
- 1 small head Napa cabbage, thinly sliced and minced
- 1/2 cup minced scallions
- 1 teaspoon minced chives
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 50 wonton wrappers
Method
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except wonton wrappers. Mix well.
Step 2
Place a wrapper on a clean work surface. Dab the edges with a little water. Scoop 2 teaspoons (10 ml) of the pork mixture in the center. Fold the wonton wrapper over and press the edges to seal.
Step 3
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Arrange the gyozas in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Sprinkle with cooking spray. Cook at 360 F (180 C) for 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through, or until golden brown.
Step 5
Serve hot.
