Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 8 oz (240 g) boneless county-style pork ribs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Method
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, make teriyaki sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Mix well. Brush the ribs with half of the sauce.
Step 3
Grease the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Working in batches, arrange the ribs in the oiled basket. Spritz with more spray.
Step 4
Air fry at 350 F (175 C) for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 F (63 C)
Step 5
Remove fried ribs from the fryer and transfer them to a serving plate. Brush them with the remaining teriyaki sauce. Serve hot.
