Ingredients
- 1 pork shoulder with a fat
- olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 teaspoon low-sodium dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rose wine
- 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
Method
Step 1
In a Ziploc bag, combine sesame oil, honey, dark and light soy sauces, rosé wine, and hoisin sauce. Put the pork in a bag. Chill for up to 24 hours.
Step 2
Remove marinated meat form the bag 30 minutes before roasting.
Step 3
Put aluminum foil on a small pan. Brush with olive oil. Put marinated pork onto oiled pan.
Step 4
Air fry at 350 F (175 C0 for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Remove fried pork from the fryer. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve immediately.
