Ingredients
- 1 pound (480 g) boneless and skilnells chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
