Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 pound (480 g) ground turkey

Step 1
In a food processor, combine Panko breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and dry mustard. Process until crumbs are finely crushed. Transfer the dry mixture into a shallow dish.
