  • 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 pound (480 g) ground turkey
