Oven Baked Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds (960 g) cooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • lemon wedges

Method

Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Grease the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except shrimp and lemon wedges. Stir well.

Step 4

Add shrimp to the cheese mixture. Toss well, then shake the excess off.

Step 5

Place seasoned shrimp in preheated air fryer basket. Fry at 350 F (175 C) for 8 minutes or until opaque, flipping them halfway through.

Step 6

Remove fried shrimp from the fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Squeeze lemon wedges over shrimp. Serve hot.
