One of the benefits of using an air fryer is that it uses less oil. The air fryer has lower fat content than frying in oil and is healthier for you.
There are also some other benefits to using an air fryer such as being able to cook frozen food and how much time it takes to cook something.
Is the golden French toast stick healthy?
French toast sticks are a popular breakfast item in grocery stores. They are usually made with white bread, eggs, and milk.
The stick is dipped in an egg mixture, then dredged in a mixture of flour, sugar, and cinnamon before being fried.
The nutrition content of the French toast stick is not very different from other breakfast items like pancakes or waffles. The stick contains about 200 calories and 5 grams of fat, including 2 grams of saturated fat.
French toast sticks are not low-carb because they contain wheat flour which can cause weight gain if consumed too much.
