To Make Yum Yum Sauce:
Makes 1 cup (250 ml)
ingredients:
1 cup (250 ml) mayonnaise
1 tablespoon (15 ml) melted unsalted butter
1 teaspoon (5 ml) tomato paste
1 teaspoon (5 ml) maple syrup
pinch of salt and cayenne pepper
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk well. Serve immediately and store in the fridge for up to one week.

Ingredients
- 1 pound (480 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound (480 g) zucchini, halved lengthwise
- 1 pound (480 g) sliced mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
Method
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Step 3
Working in batches, cook at 400 F (200 C) for 8-9 minutes, turning once halfway through. Remove cooked shrimp, mushrooms and zucchinis from the fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Repeat with remaining shrimp mixture.
Step 4
Serve hot with yum yum sauce.
