The recipe starts with the tortilla which can be store-bought or made at home. One of the best choices for a tortilla is corn because it has more flavor than flour ones and it doesn’t get soggy as quickly as flour tortillas do.

The Steps for Making the Perfect Burrito
The perfect burrito is a difficult dish to make. It takes a lot of time, effort, and skill. However, with the right recipe and steps, you can create the perfect burrito in no time.
The first step is prepping the ingredients. You need to have all your ingredients on hand before you start cooking. Choosing quality products is important because they will be an integral part of your burrito’s flavor and texture.
The second step is heating up your pan or griddle so it’s hot enough to cook the tortilla but not too hot that it burns it. For this step, you also need to heat up your tortillas individually so they are nice and warm when they go into the burrito later on in the process. Next, you need to spread a thin layer of half-and-half butter on one side of the tortilla. Then, you can sprinkle it with cinnamon and sugar or whatever other toppings you might be using.
For the last step, lay your buttered tortilla onto your griddle or pan so that it’s in contact with the hot surface area. Add a little bit of olive oil to the pan so it will be easier to pick it up when it’s finished cooking and place the second tortilla on top of the first. Step 2: Heat up your pan/griddle so that it is hot enough to cook but not too hot that you scorch your tortilla.
Step 3: Spread a thin layer of half-and-half butter on one side of your tortilla.Step 4: Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on the tortilla, then add a little bit of olive oil to the pan so it will be easier to pick up when it’s finished cooking.Step 5: Next, lay your second tortilla on top of the first and press down with a spatula.Step 6: Cook the tortillas for about a minute on each side or until they are crispy.
