- 1 pound (480 g) pizza dough
- 1 cup (250 ml) pizza sauce
- 1½ cups grated Mozzarella cheese

Allow to pizza dough to come to room temperature. Grease a 7-8-inch (17.5-20 cm) cake pan with olive oil.
