Air Fryer Rosemary Balsamic Ribeye Steak Recipe

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 1½ tablespoons (22 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
In a large nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and fry, stirring occasionally, until fragrant. Remove the skillet from the heat. Add seasoning and vinegar. Allow to cool.
Add chopped rosemary. Pour the mixture into a Ziploc bag.
Put the meat in the bag and shake well, to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove marinated ribeye steaks from the refrigerator. Allow to sit for a further 20 minutes in the room temperature.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Fry ribeye steaks at 400 F (200 C) for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
