Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound (240 g) shrimp, peeled an deveined
- freshly squeezed juice of half lemon
Method
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine Old Bay Seasoning, cayenne pepper, paprika, olive oil, and salt. Stir well. Add shrimp to the spicy mixture and toss well to coat.
Step 2
Heat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Put seasoned shrimp in the air fryer basket. Fry at 390 F (195 C) for 10 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque, flipping once halfway through.
Step 4
Remove fried shrimp from the air fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve hot.
