Air Fryer Swedish Meatballs Recipe
You may also like:
- 1 pound (480 g) ground beef
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 carrots, peeled and shredded
- 2 bread slices, crumbled
- 1 small yellow onion, peeled and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- freshly ground black pepper and salt, to taste
- 1 cup (250 ml) tomato sauce
- 2 cups (500 ml) pasta sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except sauces. Mix well.
Divide the beef mixture into equal amounts, then shape each one in to small balls. Transfer into air fryer basket. Fry at 400 F (200 C) for 7 minutes.
Remove fried meatballs from the fryer and transfer to an oven-safe dish. Top with the tomato and pasta sauces.
Set the dish into the air fryer basket. Fry at 320 F (160 C0 for a further 5 minutes. Serve hot.
