Types of Ham for Making (and Eating!) Delicious Ham & Cheese Balls
We all know that ham and cheese is one of the best combinations. But what type of ham should you use to make these delicious balls?
There are many types of ham that can be used for this recipe. Prosciutto is a type of Italian ham that has been dried and cured and is usually served uncooked. This type of ham is perfect for making these delicious balls because it can be thinly sliced with ease, which makes it easier to roll into the shape of a ball.
Which is the Best Cream Cheese for Your Recipe?
Cream cheese is a soft and spreadable cheese that is usually used as a dip for grapes. It can also be used in cooking as a substitute for cream or milk.
The best cream cheese for your recipe depends on what you are making. If you are making dips, then Philadelphia cream cheese is the best choice because it has a thick texture that makes it perfect for dipping grapes into. If you are looking to cook with cream cheese, then Philadelphia will not work because it doesn’t melt well in the heat. You should use Neufchâtel instead because it melts better and has less fat content than Philadelphia.
