Ingredients

  • 2 pounds (960 g) potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 3 bacon strips, cut into small pieces
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 oz (120 g) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup Ranch mix
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) water

Method

Step 1

Add bacon slices to an instant pot turned to saute mode. Cook until crisp.

Step 2

Stir in sliced potatoes, parsley, garlic powder, and salt. Add 1/3 cup (80 ml) water.

Step 3

Close the pot and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 7 minutes.

Step 4

Using the Quick Release method, bring pressure to normal. Carefully unlock and open the lid. Stir in Ranch dressing and shredded cheese. Mix well to combine. Serve hot.
