Ingredients
- 4 frozen lobster tails
- 1 cup (250 ml) water
- unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Method
Step 1
Put the water and frozen lobster tails in an electric instant pot.
Step 2
Close the pot and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Using the Quick Release method, bring pressure to normal. Carefully unlock and open the lid.
Step 4
Using tongs, remove cooked lobsters from the cooker and transfer to a sering plate. Add seasoning, to taste and serve.
