- 3 12 oz (360 g) packages frozen green beans, thawed
- 1 medium yellow onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 pound (480 g) ground beef or pork
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pimento seeded and chopped
- 1 cup (250 ml) water
In a large nonstick skillet, brown chopped onions and ground pork over medium heat.
