  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1½ pounds (720 g) ground turkey
  • 1 large egg, plus 1 large egg white, beaten in a small bowl
  • 1 small yellow onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
