Ingredients
- 2 cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 oz (60 g) thin striped bacon rashers
- 1 oz (30 g) butter
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- sprigs of parsley
- lemon wedges
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
