Are Air Fryers Healthy?

The answer is yes, as long as you’re careful. Air fryers have been around for a while and they have been shown to be healthier than other cooking methods.

I have a Honeywell air fryer, with a basket for French fries etc. there is also what I call a roasting pan to do a roast beef or pork. Then I have a flat baking (I will call it a cookie sheet). When I am doing this cod I am always confused about which pan I should use. This sounds like a delicious recipe and I want to make it. If you can help me I would really appreciate it. Thank you

Hi, I have a Kyvol air fryer with only one dip basket and I use it for all my recipes. I think you need to use a basket for french fries (the same as I use). Best Regards.
