- 2 pounds (960 g) pork tenderloin
- 12 oz (360 ml) beer
- 1 cup (250 g_ BBQ sauce
Place pork tenderloin in slow cooker. Pour beer over the meat.
Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6 hours.
Remove cooked pork from slow cooker and put on cutting board. Discard any liquid inside of slow cooker.
Using two forks,shred cooked pork. Return shredded meat to slow cooker. Pour BBQ sauce over shredded pork. Toss well to coat completely.
Serve barbecued pork on toasted buns. Enjoy!
