Slow cooker barbecued pork sliders. Pulled pork tenderloin with BBQ sauce cooked in a slow cooker and served on toasted buns.
Slow Cooker Barbecued Pork Sliders
Ingredients
- 2 pounds (960 g) pork tenderloin
- 12 oz (360 ml) beer
- 1 cup (250 g_ BBQ sauce
Method
Step 1
Place pork tenderloin in slow cooker. Pour beer over the meat.
Step 2
Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6 hours.
Step 3
Remove cooked pork from slow cooker and put on cutting board. Discard any liquid inside slow cooker.
Step 4
Using two forks, shred cooked pork. Return shredded meat to slow cooker. Pour BBQ sauce over shredded pork. Toss well to coat completely.
Step 5
Serve barbecued pork on toasted buns. Enjoy!
