Slow Cooker Butterscotch Fondue
Slow cooker butterscotch fondue.Excellent fondue cooked in slow cooker.Very easy and delicious recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 14 oz (420 ml) each cans swetened condensed milk
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup (250 ml) melted unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup (160 ml) light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) rum
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients,except fruits and strawberry,in slow cooker. Mix well;Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 3 hours.
Step 2
Gradually stir in rum and whisk until smooth. Keep warm on low-heat setting for up to 2 hours,stirring occasionally. Serve slow cooker butterscotch fondue with fruits and strawberry.
