Slow cooker cheesy macaroni. Very easy and delicious 4 ingredients recipe.Yummy! Adapted from http://www.thirtyhandmadedays.com
- 4 ½ cups (1.125 kg) elbow macaroni,uncooked
- 2 cups (500 g) grated cheddar cheese
- 8 oz (240 g) package cream cheese,cubed
- 4 cups (1 L) milk
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir well.
Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 4-5 hours.
Remove cheesy macaroni from slow cooker. Serve immediately. P.S. Add up to 4 cups grated cheddar cheese for cheesier version .
