Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 14 oz (420 ml) can non fat sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz (360 ml) can evaporated skim milk
- 1 teaspoon granuated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Step 1
Combine rice, dried cherries, almond extract, sweetened milk and skim milk in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on a low-heat setting for 3-4 hours until liquid is absorbed. Stir pudding well.
Step 2
In a small mixing bowl, combine ground cinnamon and sugar. Mix well and sprinkle over pudding.
