    Instant Pot Pasta with Sausages and Cannellini Beans

Slow cooker pulled pot. Three-ingredient:pork tenderloin, root beer, and barbecue sauce. Very easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds (960 g) pork tenderloin
  • 12 oz (360 ml) root beer
  • 18 oz (540 ml) barbecue sauce

Method

Step 1

Place meat in slow cooker. Pour root beer over the meat.

Step 2

Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6 hours or until pork is tender.

Step 3

Drain pork and discard the root beer. Using a two forks,shred the pork and return to the slow cooker. Pour barbecue sauce over shredded pork and stir well to combine.

Step 4

Serve on hamburger buns.
