Ingredients

  • 2 pounds (960 g) boneless beef round steak, cubed
  • 2 large yellow onions, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cans (15 oz (450 ml) each) chili beans with chili gravy
  • 2 cans (14 ½ oz (435 ml) each)) Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, cut up
  • 15 oz (450 ml) can kidney beans, drianed and rinsed
  • 1 cup (250 ml) beer
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method

Step 1
