Slow Cooker Spicy Chili
Ingredients
- 2 pounds (960 g) boneless beef round steak, cubed
- 2 large yellow onions, peeled and chopped
- 2 cans (15 oz (450 ml) each) chili beans with chili gravy
- 2 cans (14 ½ oz (435 ml) each)) Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, cut up
- 15 oz (450 ml) can kidney beans, drianed and rinsed
- 1 cup (250 ml) beer
- 1-2 tablespoons chopped canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Method
Step 1
In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Step 2
Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 10-12 hours. Spoon off fat.
