- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

- To Make the Sauce:
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
In a large mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, honey, garlic, Sriracha sauce, ginger, black pepper, and onion powder. Whisk well.
Place chicken wings in a slow cooker. Pour in the soy sauce mixture. Stir well.
