Ingredients
- 6 oz (170 g) cooked smoked turkey sausages,halved lengthwise and cut into 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) slices
- 2 cups (500 g) packaged shredded cabbage with carrot
- 1 cup (250 g) loose-pack frozen green beans
- 2 14Β½ oz (435 ml each) cans Italian-style sweet tomatoes
- 10 Β½ 0z (315 ml) can condensed French onion soup
- 3 cups (750 ml) water
- 9 oz (270 g) package refrigerated cheese-stuffed tortellini
- grated parmesan cheese
Method
Step 1
Combine sausage, and cabbage with carrot mix, green beans, undrained tomatoes, onion soup, and water in the slow cooker. Mix well.
Step 2
Cover and cook on a low-heat setting for 8-10 hours.
Step 3
Switch to high-heat. Stir in tortellini. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Ladle slow cooker turkey sausage soup into a bowl. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
