Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) plain yogurt,divided
- 8 mint leaves
- 1/2 red chile pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
Step 1
In a blender,combine 1/4 cup (60 ml) yogurt,mint,red chile pepper,cilantro and salt. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Transfer mint mixture to a bowl. Stir in remaining yogurt.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
