Air fryer golden Cuban sandwiches recipe. Cuban sandwiches are the quintessential Miami Beach sandwich. Created from layers of ham, cheese, pickles, and pork don’t even think of skipping the mustard – then pressed and fried crispy. Learn how to make them today!

What is a Cuban Sandwich?

The Cuban sandwich is a traditional Cuban dish consisting of ham, roast pork, cheese, pickles, and mustard.

This dish is very popular in the Miami area. It was created in the early 1900s by immigrants from Cuba who settled in Florida.

The Cuban sandwich is made by slicing a loaf of bread lengthwise and adding layers of sliced ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, dill pickles, and yellow mustard.

The Joy of Cuban Food Is Now Easier to Achieve with an Air Fryer

Air fryers are a type of kitchen appliance that uses convection currents to cook food. They are known for being healthier than deep-frying, as they only require a small amount of oil, and have less chance of splattering.

The benefits of an air fryer are evident to anyone who has ever used one. They cook food up to 40% faster than other methods, and they produce less fat, which means you can eat more without feeling guilty. The best part is that they are so easy to use!

Air fryers have been around for years, but they were originally marketed as a way for people with cooking space limitations to get the same crispy fried taste without using much space or oil.
