I am making this tonight and have two questions:

    1. Do we put the rice in uncooked?
    2. I do not have instant rice. How do you think this will change the recipe?

Hello,Yes,we put uncooked rice. This recipe is for instant rice.Instant rice cooks faster, using another kind of rice, you risk to get this delicious meal with not well cooked rice inside.
