Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large egg whites, whisked
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 boneless pork chops

Method

Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, pour all-purpose in a medium bowl. Place whisked egg whites in a separate bowl. Spread breadcrumbs on a large plate.

Step 3

Dredge the pork in the flour, pressing to coat well, the dip in the egg whites, and then roll the meat over breadcrumbs. Shake the excess off.

Step 4

Sprinkle the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 5

Working in batches, place breaded pork chops in the greased basket. Spritz with cooking spray. Fry at 375 F (190 C) for 10 minutes or until meat is lightly browned. Repeat with remaining pork.

Step 6

Serve with tonkatsu sauce. Enjoy!
