- 2 pounds (960 g) potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 3 bacon strips, cut into small pieces
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 oz (120 g) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup Ranch mix
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) water
Add bacon slices to an instant pot turned to saute mode. Cook until crisp.
