Ingredients
- 1½ pounds (1.44 kg) skinless and boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 cup (250 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice (pulp removed)
- zest from 1 orange
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) light soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes

Step 1
Place cubed chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour orange juice over the chicken. Stir in the orange zest, soy sauce, and minced garlic.

Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 5-6 hours. Open the lid and remove the cubed chicken from the slow cooker. Stir cornstarch into the sauce, and mix until you reach the desired consistency.
