Slow cooker orange-cranberry pork.Orange-cranberry glazed pork tenderloin cooked in slow cooker.Easy and delicious pork recipe.
- 1 ½ pounds (760 g) pork tenderloin
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup (250 ml) orange juice
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cold water
Lightly grease inside of slow cooker with cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients,except water and flour,in slow cooker. Mix well.
Cover slow cooker and cook on low heat setting for 6-7 hours.
In mixing bowl,combine flour and water. Mix until smooth. Add flour mixture to slow cooker and stir well.
Cover and cook until mixture thickens. Serve slow cooker orange cranberry pork with cooked rice.
