  • 1 pound (480 g) boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch (2,5 cm) cubes
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken broth
  • 1 medium yellow onion, peeled and sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch (2,5 cm) pieces
