Ingredients and Preparation

Chicken Breasts –  To make this recipe I used boneless and skinless chicken breasts. A juicy chicken breast on a plate can be the perfect meal for both health-savvy foodies and budget-conscious cooks. Whether you’re looking to boost your lean protein intake or want a versatile ingredient for your favorite recipes, chicken breasts are a perfect choice.

We’ll even share three delicious recipes you’ll love. According to the National Chicken Council, Americans consume an average of 90 pounds of chicken per year, and chicken breasts are the most popular cuts of poultry. So join us to get the scoop on why chicken breasts are a dietary staple – and why they should be a staple in your kitchen too.

Chicken Broth – With its rich and savory flavor, chicken broth has become a staple in many kitchens around the world. Whether used as a cooking ingredient or simply enjoyed on its own with crackers, there’s no denying that chicken broth is a delicious and nutritious way to bring flavor to any dish.

But did you know that it can also have a beneficial effect on your health? With scientific research, delicious recipes, and top tips for making the most of your chicken broth, you can be sure that you’re getting the best out of this classic favorite.

Capers – Capers – a mundane, everyday ingredient used in Mediterranean cooking – have recently been thrust into the spotlight as the unlikely hero of the vegan movement. Capers offer them a unique way to do this – adding a burst of flavor with just a sprinkling.

The salty, briny flavor of capers provides a great alternative to more traditional flavorings and their small, round shape makes for aesthetically pleasing dishes.

Lemon Zest – Lemon zest has long been a favorite ingredient among chefs and home cooks, who delight in its sweet yet tart flavor and its versatility in a range of dishes. But today, the health benefits of lemon zest are becoming increasingly popular among those looking to incorporate healthier ingredients into their diets.

Lemon zest is packed with a variety of essential vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, potassium, and dietary fiber. Research also shows that it contains powerful antioxidants that can help protect cells from environmental damage and reduce inflammation. In addition to its nutritional benefits, lemon zest also has a range of therapeutic uses. For example, its refreshing scent can be used to help reduce stress levels and encourage relaxation and restful sleep.
